rthstewart chapter 1 . 5/21/2012 Why have I never reviewed this before when everyone knows that EIBWB - everything is better with Bacchus. Wonderful, sensual, evocative, and perfect. |
DanceOfTheEntWives chapter 1 . 7/17/2010 I LOVE THIS! seriously! it's like one of the best pairings i've ever read! i can just imagine edmund being the silent one the just and all that stoicness, and bacchus the epitome of wildness! why they're perfect for each other! perhaps one day i'll write a fic about the two myself! i thought about the two of them for a moment a couple of days ago, but i didn't continue. i'm glad someone did! (alright i'm sorry i must sounds like a hyperactive squirrel... i get like that sometimes. simply said: i love this fic, and let's leave it at that...) _ |
Vexminster chapter 1 . 10/6/2009 Beautiful writing. I love the tone of it, as though someone really is speaking aloud to you; it's really reminiscent of Lewis in that respect (though he probably wouldn't be writing slash, yes?). Edmund's comment on Bacchus was always so interesting. Yay for ah-so-THAT's-what-happened fics! |
Love and Rock Music chapter 1 . 7/22/2009 I loved this! The style, the description - the overall tone is so wild and sensual. Very well done, and perhaps the best slash I've seen in Narnia, ever. I love that it's Bacchus and Edmund. Perfect! |
Jukebox Lovechild chapter 1 . 7/20/2009 Lovely writing and imagery. I do love a well-written one-shot, especially a slashy one. That paragraph about Bacchus has always intrigued me, as did the quote from Edmund. |
Lyranelle chapter 1 . 3/16/2009 great! |
whitecoatswontgetme chapter 1 . 3/2/2009 I loved this. It has the wonderful imagery and sense of Narnia, and I found it quite beautiful and mysterious. Extraordinarily well-written!. |
