Okay if I have one thing to say: do it! Do another remake of the story I mean I really liked the idea of it! You should really do it! The idea of the story is REALLY interesting! I hope you make it soon! I'll be waiting though!

you know, this is an interesting way to go about the original/ultimate X-Men storyline as seen from the very beginning. I have an idea about Shino that could be used to explain the trenchcoat, his mutation could be a physical one that makes his body resemble that of an insect...minus the extra pair of limbs...and he could have attributes common to that insect. just a thought as a way to tie it to canon...sort of.

nice equivalent of the kawarimi? for shino either a kind of telepathy with insects or something like a combination of leech's ability to stop a mutants power and rogue's with a nonmutant but not as rapid

Just give Shino the ability to empathize (like sasuke) and communicate with insects. Think about it: taking advantage of the Rhino Beetle's strength (850 times its own weight) and the dragonfly's flight and speed (35mph) and what do you have
