This is one of the best criminal minds fanfiction stories and on my top favorites list! You've written it so well and the characters were perfect. I loved it so much.

This is an amazing story. I appreciate that you show the truly wrenching aftermath of their ordeal. That it isn't just one big heart-to-heart and then all is back to normal. It's not something they would easily bounce back from, so kudos for the realistic portrayal. Very powerful.

Good story, I like your attention to detail, that showed clearly in your writing. I'm glad the girls managed to eventually move past this. I think the only thing I have an issue with is Emily holding the gun to JJ's head; It seems very implausible to be willing to sacrifice your life for someone else then consider killing them to save your own. But I can also see how such an experience can bring out the worst in people, and not even just that but the emotional manipulation.

"He's gonna learn to talk like Will does" hahaha that made me laugh!

Community said it best "MY EMOTIONS MY EMOTIONS!" That is what is happening with me for this whole story! You are so very talented, and I'm glad that I found this story late in the game, so that it was completed (hee hee). JJ is also my favorite character, as they have developed her so much since the first season. I think you handled the Unsub so well. He was significantly horrible, and his plan was well constructed. You did well explaining the outcomes of his instructions without it being torture porn. Initially, I thought "saw" mixed with CM, but I was wrong. You described the scenes without glorifying the violence, a very fine line. I thought you did well explaining the healing process between Em and JJ. Some people would've stopped after chapter 8, but I'm very glad you didn't. SO WELL DONE!

I just stumbled across this and all I can say is wow. I can't imagine how hard it was to write something so dark and for that I applaud you. This story had me hooked from the very beginning. I thought you did a great job with capturing the personalities of each of the characters which is very difficult. As a whole I thought this was fantastic. Great job!
