lauravitale2000 chapter 1 . 6/5/2017
It's really a cute piece of work. Tell me, did you choose intentionally the name Ruth Keenan of was it casual? I ask this because it was the name of Temperance Brennan in Bones, anither tv show. Anyway, congrats. It was well-eritted and entertaining

This is actually really good. Short, sweet, and really cute. And you're right about the who/whom thing!

Bones fan? (Ruth Kennan)
Skywriter11 chapter 1 . 3/23/2009
Thoughts on the story: There are several guys (most of them fictional, the rest gay) who are ruining the chances for all other guys. One of those is Patrick Jane.

Thoughts on your note: I hate the word whom. It's ridiculous, right?
bandnerd chapter 1 . 3/16/2009
"whom" should be killed and buried and never spoken of again... EXCELLENT writing btw.
CKLizzy chapter 1 . 3/16/2009
Thoughts? Very sweet. I know how she feels. Patrick Jane's (or therefore Simon Baker's) smile is like a drug. Once seen, you'll never get enough of it.

Thank God I have my own Patrick Jane (means someone with a smile to get addicted to) here *laughs*

Perfect little story, really loved it!
mwalter1 chapter 1 . 3/13/2009
Cute story! It made me smile reading it.
Ebony10 chapter 1 . 3/11/2009
I liked it! I'd love to read more stories that sidetrack you from your paper (I'm such a bad influence). lol, jk. I know how you feel though. I'm always writing or reading (mostly reading- like now. I should totally be researching for my next assignment) to procrastinate. Oh well. It's so worth it for good fics like this. :) Thanks for sharing!
Frogster chapter 1 . 3/11/2009
Great! There truly is no one like Patrick Jane-Lisbon's so lucky! :D
Sarah chapter 1 . 3/11/2009
Love the story; wish you'd keep going!

I hate who/whom, too. The trick I learned is to turn the sentence around into a question. For example:

Who did it? The test question would be, Did HE do it? Since the right word is HE, not HIM, no "m" at the end, so WHO is the right word.

On the other hand:

To whom did you give the flowers (or as normal people say, Whom did you give the flowers to?). The test question is: Did you give them to HIM? M on the end, so WHOM is the right word.

I really am not as big of a geek as I sound!
hollas chapter 1 . 3/11/2009
