Oh this was so beautiful! I love stories that slip into the episode like this. And I've been looking for a story like this for awhile-where either Merlin or Arthur realizes how much the other means to them in a "don't know a good thing till it's gone" kinda way :)

I love this story and I've re-read it several times and I actually feel a little ashamed for not having reviewed until now. Reading about Arthur finding out about Merlin's 'death' is so heartbreaking, and Gaius hearing him. Haunting. Amazing!

That was gloriously beautiful. I like the image of Arthur crumpled on the floor in his cell. His father going cold with fear at the site made me happy at the emotion. _ And the glorious reunion was brilliant, of course. Great job. Keep up the awesome work.
