Oh, I liked that a lot. It would definitely be an issue with Charlie, particularly when he was a kid and after he started working for the authorities.

I hadn't thought about what would happen if Charlie could stop crime before it happened. Great idea for a story.

Oh...wow. MAJOR potential here. This line alone packs a punch: "He’s getting more well known, but not in the right places all the time." Hmm...do tell, Don! More, please!

I would love to see you continue this. The characters and the dialouges were perfect and the fact that Don is worried about Charlie's notarity just cries out for another couple of chapters. If you decide to leave this as a oneshot, though, I want to tell you it's a great oneshot, one worth rereading. Thanks for sharing it.
