Like playing Nemesis in Smite, but my real love for the Goddess comes from the book series Project Nemesis by Jeremy Robinson.

First time I've seen Chernobyl show up in a fic. It makes a good setting for the Grim Reaper. My favorite part of this story is probably the various settings and characters introduced, and the way more keep being added as it goes on.

Hope you get time to finish this.

Oh man, I hope you haven't lost (full) interest on this story after two years. I still really want to see what happens next!
It's been a long time, and while I haven't physically "reviewed" any of your chapters in a long time, (if you remember me at all, it's been a long time after all...) I have been reading them (and only just now read Chapter 23).
While this might not be a review, I at least wanted to write up a quick comment telling you that I loved and continue to love the development that you've put into this story.
I really hope that you continue with this story right to the end (in one form or the other).

I came for Tatsuki. I stayed for...well, everything really, but definitely your work in incorporating other civilization's pantheons. This is an EXCELLENT story on all levels. Your look into the Tatsuki-Ichigo split, the acknowledgement and detailing of the big flaws of both Tatsuki and Ichigo as they were written, the introduction and limiting of the various pantheons, Aizen's rational interest in studying and using Orihime's powers, ...
Kubo just isn't a great writer. Bleach was a fascinating world he introduced us to, but his vision of it never came across as well-written, thought-out, or sustainable. Your story? It makes up for all of that, and pointedly so by expanding upon two of the characters he wrote worst: Tatsuki and Orihime. The way you wield these (and other) characters to draw out the beliefs of other characters is outstanding.
Heck, even the research and work to figure out pantheons, their death gods, and how to fit them into this story - both in Soul Society and on Ichigo's training walkabout to Hueco Mundo - is inspiring. I'm super-psyched to see where you take this. Please don't lose steam on this!

I really like how you incorporate the different mythologies in this... The only addition I have, is that between ursa major and minor is a line of stars leading to a triangle... This is the constellation of the dragon, and is said to be put there by Zeus to separate the two bears, and protect them from each other...

Great chapter. By the way is Yhwach (the Bleach Character) going to show up? It would be interesting to see and you can probably go into how the various pantheons have mixed at times.

This is still as good as I remember and I really can't wait to read the next chapter. More people should know about this story. I really like how you characterized the grim reaper, and dealt with the problem of atheists in a theistic story.

Well, felt good to finally get around to reading the new chapters! It's always so awkward for me, given my insistence generally on rereading the fic as a whole if the break is longer than a month or two.

Not much to say, but that I simultaneously did not expect Zaraki's story to be such an emotional trigger, and yet probably should have. I adore interpretations of Valhalla that aren't just massive sausage-fest warrior-wanks.

One last note, I dunno if people were aware when the latest chapter was written, but there is actually life returning fairly quickly to Chernobyl. Animals of all stripes adapting to the radiation.

But yeah, great to see the latest chapter, and hope to see another one of my favourite Tatsuki story soon.
