Claire and Charlie, need to have a truse for the sake of Joey.

Like a little angel sent by God - V.J was the perfect person for Charlie to talk to about her relationship with Joey. No preconvieved notions, no bias for VJ - if Charlie tells him he loves Joey, that is good enough for VJ - case settled. The timing could not of been better.

And being an optimist, Joey should take Charlie's explanation as more than just a small chance for getting back together. She made a major breakout by talking to VJ and not running away. VJ gets a gold star!

Joey needs to get the trial over as soon as possible, this is the one time where Charlie is not helping Joey by being in the courtroom, even without her saying anything her actions (body movement/position) is speaking volumes. Claire and Charlie having words is not the time or place right now. They need first to think about getting Charlie through the trial. Well written 3

The sexual tension continues between our little duo C&J, however Charlie handle the evening in the bar pretty well even though there were lots of comments coming forth. Claire right now seems like she will be a friend to both C&J but we will have to see long-term.

With the rape trial hanging over their head and the tension between the two, it is good to see them together, sleeping together at least they can gain some strength from each other.

Charlie did stay faithful to Joey for the three months while she was gone, but her emotional state was not good, she should of been in some kind of counseling as a way to assist in Charlie dealing with the three month absense of Joey.

In the final part of this chapter when both C&J are in bed together, you can see little snippets of conversation that give an indication of where they were when they were a real couple together.

More than the other stories previously written, this chapter does a good job in exploring what the mixed signals coming from Charlie were doing to Joey and her insides. One day in love, then running away - the hot and cold of Charlie even as beautiful as she is - can be disheartening and long-term damaging if left undone.
