Just found this story of your and I loved so glad you started a 2nd one. I really fell in lover with you twist on the characters. Please keep writing you have a great gift for story telling. I fell like I am right in your chapters just watching it all unfold. JN

So, more than halfway through and this Sookie is calling Eric AND Bill ‘her’ vampires? Yeah. Between that and the syrupy tone, I just can’t slog through a couple of dozen more chapters of this.

I hope this story kicks into gear with more weight & substance soon. I know the title is ‘Pour Some Sugar On Me’ but right now it feels like a Disney-ized fairypire story marinated and swimming in high fructose corn syrup. My teeth are starting to ache & I can’t take this for another 30 or so chapters.

While it’s good that she has at least enough sense not to suggest Bill out loud, isn’t it high time he stops being her first ‘go to’ for, apparently, nearly anything?

Well, color me thoroughly disgusted with the whole Bill involvement, including her still feeling so enmeshed with him after just going through a second bonding’ with Eric the night before.

So much for my hopes that this Sookie would have begun to get a grip & start acting more like a rational adult. This chapter she still appears to be a child in desperate need of a psychiatrist & serious doses of mood balancing drugs!

Ugh! She’s not getting better, it seems. Very tedious.

Stupid Sookie! Why keep working in a greasy bar when Eric considers her to be his wife and would help her find a more lucrative & prestigious job more fitting of her station as his Bonded/wife since she wants to keep working. Her reasons for staying at Merlotte’s have never made sense to me in any stories — SVM, TB, or FFs.

Seems like she should be mentioning that ‘re-bonding’ plan pretty quick too before Felipe surprises him with it...

I sure hope this is a serious turning point in terms of the Sookie character getting her shit together. I don’t think I can work up enough patience to read a 62 chapter fic where she’s basically nothing more than a selfish, bitchy, bratty child in a grown woman’s body, wreaking havoc in everyone else’s lives with knee-jerk decisions & reactions.
