I love how Hotch kept thinking how Emily's baby would affect him and his team. How he would have to do this and that and have JJ do this to cove for Emily and then finally he started thinking about her. That was sweet.

What Emily told him about she and Hotch not being friends, was cruel, but true. So far, we haven’t seen them share as much time together as she does with the rest of the team.

His reaction was kind of funny, considering he’s a profiler and a tough FBI agent, he was frozen after finding out about her baby.

She can act like one tough woman when all she wants to do is to let Hotch hold her. Reid will be so excited when she tells the team. Poor Hotch, he so wants to help and be a friend but people won't let him in.

Just re-watch Demonology this morning; my dearest Emily, I hope I never know what it's like to lose a friend like that.

This is a great start. I love how Hotch was checking heads and all the boys were talking with the woman at the hotel. Cute. Poor Emily, I don't think she is ready for this. I hope Hotch can help her.
