I can't tell you the number of times I laughed out loud while reading this. This was just great.

Great story so far. Small reminder: Africa is a continent made up of multiple countries.

This is the second time I'm reading this story and I enjoyed it as much as the first time. Amanda and Pike as matchmakers? Spock and Nyota had no chance. Thank you for the pleasant and satisfying fluff!

“Standing at the sink, unaware that he was watching her, Uhura lifted her hand up to lick the palm of her hand, curious as to what the unfamiliar fruit tasted like. Finding it really delicious, Uhura, without thinking, licked and sucked the rest of the juice off her fingers before washing her hands as she’d originally intended. In the process of drying her hands Uhura turned to apologize to him again, the words dying a quick death in her throat.”

This has to easily be one of the most titillating scenes I've read.

I feel as though this chapter has brought them far too out of character. The former chapter had Spock thinking about eating with his hands, something Vulcans do not do, but, as it is such a minor detail, I had overlooked it.
I will continue to read the next few chapters, as I do appreciate the plot-line.

I've read this a few times and it's still wonderful - both the romance and the humour. Kirk and the apple crack me up each time, and I'd love to be there when Nyota gives Kirk that dressing down.

She lifts his head onto her lap despite not having a clue how injured he is, and Bones says nothing? Clearly spinal injuries aren't his forte, or hers!
