“You actually read it to death.” Best line I’ve ever read!

This is the most amazing story. The healthy relationship between Bella and Edward makes it
unique. The story is creative and original. One of the finest Twifan stories I have read.

after reading your fabulous story, Eight Days.

Oh, this is going to be an enjoyable read.

I liked this chapter a lot. Especially the conversation between Bella and Edward in the later half. You always create great discussions between both of them in all your stories. I love reading your stories in general because you prioritize Bella and Edward's relationship. It's always your main focus and at least half of your texts are spent on their conversations.

I'm intrigued by what's going to happen next. The story could go in so many directions because you haven't but any artificial roadblocks that would back you into a corner. And the story is written well enough that I am able to make a few guesses.

- Rebecca could figure out or guess that it's Edward that got a new room for George. Which could lead the story in an interesting direction. I personally don't care to see Rebecca again, but it would be interesting and exciting nonetheless.

- Edward could go and see George again and have a real conversation with his son. But, that would pretty much mean that he would transform him because telling George that he has immortality and the power to heal and save him would be cruel if he doesn't actually save him. In the case of George's transformation (as opposed to Bella's), the downside of always being thirsty is not an argument strong enough to not change him compared to his situation of being bedridden and unable to even talk. The only argument strong enough for George to stay human if Edward tells him the truth would be that George himself asks Edward to not save him because he doesn't want to live for ever without Marion, his wife. Edward would completely understand that.

- This is a story I could absolutely see go in the direction of Bella getting pregnant. Because in this story, Bella has recognized, in advance, that she would have liked to have kids. Or, at least, she would have liked to be the one bearing Edward's child. A problem people have with the Renesmee's story line in the books is that Bella never voiced any desire to bear children, but, in this story, that complaint has been addressed.
This is the story line that I least want out of the ones I have guessed here. But, at the same time, it would be interesting to see a version where Bella actually wants to have a child and where imprinting Jacob isn't present (and the Volturi don't learn about it. I don't have much appreciation for forced conflict caused by a force outside of the relationships themselves).

I also trust you very much as a writer. You wrote my favorite story ever "The Decision" and all your stories are well written for the reason I gave in my first paragraph. So I trust you to make any of those guesses work and be enjoyable to read.

I hate Bella's reaction so much in this chapter. She learns that Edward has literally been raped and her reaction is "Was I actually trying to make my fiancé feel better about being with someone else? I must really love this man". Like... C'mon.

He wasn't "being with someone else", he was raped. But sadly, it's often how people in a couple see it when their partner gets or was raped. I understand the reaction and the thought process. I understand that you cannot just forget it and that it's something intimate that has been stolen from you and your couple. And I understand that you probably always have this nagging thought and memory in the back of your mind every time you are intimate with your partner. You cannot just erase what happened. But because I understand it doesn't mean I like it.

Edward's reaction was also realistic. Rape victims often take responsibility from the event. Especially boys because the physical reaction is more easily visible. You cannot really prevent getting an erection and sometimes even an ejaculation. Young boys sometimes question their sexuality after being raped by a man because they had a physical reaction even though they were not interested in men prior to the event.

Anyway, the reactions from both Edward and Bella were realistic and possible, sadly.
I hope they talk about it, using the term "rape", late. Once they have had time to think about it.

Funny thing, I might not agree with the plot but I absolutely love the little moments between your characters - you really have a way with words.

It was all good until that toddler returned. That's probably behaviour only parents would understand/enjoy. At this point in my life, I'd be a horrible mother. I just know. Sorry to be so annoyed by a fictional toddler but...damn.
