Anyway, last chapter got me thinking there might've been a love triangle(ish) in which Leon and Rinoa got together, but Leon got jealous of Zack and Cloud getting together. Zack being gay... All the signs are there. And Cloud's getting written into that corner through his femininity. In any case, this chapter got me thinking that Leon would be more jealous of Cloud, vying for Zack's attention. Well, both these thoughts are likely wrong... Oh well. Half the fun is in speculating. I'm curious to see what happens in Zack's absence, etc.

I see on your profile that you're moving your fics to livejournal... Does that mean you're still actively writing them? Does that mean... that you are actively thinking about writing this? (I wouldn't dare hope you're actively WRITING this.) I absolutely adore this fic and the hinted drama to come is just too much to never read about... Anyway, I hope you do someday continue this. Even if it's no longer your cup of tea. Maybe just throw a bone here or there? Tell us how it ends?

I like fanfics about characters child hood, there should be more. My favorite parts of the chapter were Leon and Cloud's reactions to girls, lol. But I am kind of confused about Raine, is she Leon's mother too in this fic, or does Cloud'smother just have the same name?
