Oh, how i love this. It was exciting and heartwrenching sometimes, and so wonerful! Personally, I ship Hotch/Garcia after a few interesting moments in some episodes, and I happily imagine them going out goether, with the team not knowing, now that Hotch is gone. grin. But I loved everyone in this, but Gideon, but I'm glad you let him live for the reasons you expressed. Rossi, who would give up on Aaron, Morgan who spoke from his heart, the others who fought for him and to solve the case, and Garcia, sticking by his side reading romance novels. grin. I loved it all.

I love this story. I keep rereading it time and time again but there is one minor mistake. The plane you mentioned is not one that would make it from Denver to Washington. The bombarier Challenger 850 is a plane for flight instate or for small distances.

This was so good ... very nicely done, well I'm glad that our stoic leader did make it through and come back to save the day, didn't have any doubt about that, the man is a legand ;) ... yes long live CM!

I thought the close was very nicely done with the re-intergration of the team and Hotch coming back to work, was nice to have some Sean and Jack in there, Hotch's discussions with Reid, Morgan and Garcia were nicely done, and I'm glad that you didn't kill off Gideon, this was a much better ending and a lot more closure.

Have to say that I was very impressed with the case and how this all fell together and the profiling, the wrong unsub doesn't come as a surprise.

Even more so though love the writing of Hotch and very impressed with the use of medical terminology and writing of the entire recovery process. Very detailed and in-depth and impressive on the knowledge.

I thought the interaction with Jason was done well and team's connection to him or lack there of, given their reaction to his return was handled well, I'm still getting through this and so not sure if he will come back especially given they will need to revisit the case.

Enjoyed the bits of humor thrown in, the Morgen comment to Prentiss stuck with me with the 'focus please' comment and linkage to Hotch nice touch, yes I know obscure but it's funny the bits that tend to stick with you when you read.

Throughly enjoying this so far and here's hoping for a fully recovered Hotch.

Loving this so far, getting interesting with Gideon in the mix. Nice team interaction in this chapter and Rossi & Erin ... nicely done.

You, my dear, I admire for having the guts to go where no fanwriter has gone before! You seem to know no bounds as to the things you will put Hotch through. I'm a Hotch fan, if you haven't figured it out, but I like to read stuff like this because I know you'll pull him through.

Second of all is where Gideon is concerned. By far, you're the first I've seen so far wrote the character from another perspective, one that Gideon fans are afraid to look into. The introduction was done nicely. Here's hoping the next chapters would be consistent in balancing out the good and the bad of reuniting Jason with the BAU.

I am shocked, shocked I say to hear that you were considering killing Gideon? I am very glad that you didn't.
