Well I have to admit I'm disappointed. After all the talk of not abandoning this story, it seems like that is exactly what has happened. I couldn't find a sequel. I know that life changes can be overwhelming so thanks for what you've written. Still, I have to admit that, after getting engrossed in this story-line, it's disappointing to speed down a road that dead ends. Hope your muse returns.

So the first time she has sex with him it's Pon Farr? The plot which puts two very verbal people in an established relationship for a substantial amount of time, and no understanding of each other's motives, is unbelievable. However, for me, Spuhura interaction is always entertaining. The machiavellian schemes of Sybok and Shylock are intriguing. I'm enjoying this story and look forward to finding out how our guys get off this planet.

It would appear that Sybok is underestimating humans and, definitely underestimating Spock.

Yet again I've found an intriguing Star Trek story. A Vulcan planet exists - and Sybok is the Administrator. Where is this going?

Great Start!

Ok? This started out really good, then you "got lost in translation" sort of speak. Well, the story was flowing until they got back on the ship, if she read the book then she should know that they were people were allowed in star fleet due to the extensive travel by the way. She or he should have asked for a Terran wedding to make official until they reached New Vulcan, to celebrate both cultures. But hey, you wrote the story. Good plot with the brother, too bad how he saw his Pon Farr, that was crazy LOL. Good story.

I like the story with Spock's half brother. It's a nice concept with a well developed plot. I do wish there was more.

Please, if you're too busy to update, at least tell us what's wrong with Uhura. I adore your writing, especially this story, and thank you for sharing your writing.

This was such an amazing story! I finished it thus far in one day! It's incredible and deep and emotional and I really hope you haven't given up yet! Please finish this story! The characters are written incredibly well and I love Spock/Uhura together. You are a wonderful writer!
