A lovely missing scene that the episode needed. That episode had a whole bunch of adorable moments between the Winchesters and that was one of them. Gotta love Dean's little jokes to lighten the mood.

/“Casper hit below the belt, huh? Sorry, dude.”/

/“Little place I found last time we were here.” He grinned. “Good spot for making out.”/

Aw, great story. This totally cracked me up: "“Tanaka?” Dean’s mouth twitched. “Dude, you got put down by Hello Kitty?”" ROTFL Such a Dean comment! *snort*

This was a great description: "Hell’s flames haunted Dean’s eyes".

But this was my favorite part: "But now, three inches taller than Dean, it also still made him feel safe and loved. Paradoxically strong. Sam had almost forgotten that part." Aw...so sweet. I loved that Dean wanted to kick the ghost's butt for hurting Sam.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Yeah, it had a lot going on one way and another, but it still showed the basic relationship, then and now. And as I've said before, can't get too much of that. Have to admit, I winced when Sam got kicked. But every fiber in me cheered for Dean when he's pacing in front of Sam, threatening to tear someone's lungs out, then and now. 'Cause, yeah, my siblings can take care of themselves for the most part, but it still feels good when I can make the bullies (whatever form they take now) back down and make my siblings feel better. That never gets old. Good job.

Scrapped knees are the best time of life, when someone would take care of you and undestand that it's so painful and it hurts bad, but still would say "Don't be a baby, that's nothing". Another great title.

I loved Dean acting like they were back at high school and Sam thinking that maybe it was okay sometimes. They really could use a break there.

Nice job, I enjoyed the bond being there for a bit. This episode was a nice break, I liked the flashbacks and the way they tied into the present "I'm gonna rip its lungs out!" kinda bonding. Nice job with this.
