Yes the galaxy continues to tremble and maybe scream more than a little. You throw it at Kirk he will throw it back. He's been my fav captain since 1966. The new incarnation has that same basic ideal. Nothing, nothing is impossible if you give everything you've got. 'nuf said.

Wow. The characterization was simply spot-on and flawless. FANTASTIC job, may I say.

The ending was beautifully written, and it gave me shivers, no lie. A truly great read.

I usually find it cheesy when I read things about finding a place where you "belong," but this is so well-executed and perfect. Totally captures each and every crewmember's sentiments towards the Enterprise.
