When I read that bit in the author's note about how doing the character's perspective using "I", I felt a rush of glee and was all like, "I know, right?"
Also, I've noticed, that it's been some time since you've updated this story, and I just want to say that I think this story is really interesting. I love your writing style and humor. A lot. *nudge, nudge, wink, wink*
That was not a hint to continue the story, by the way. Or, at least, it wasn't a subtle one.

Seriously, I loved this so incredibly much. You say you're new to Star Trek, and then you go ahead and write something so incredibly in character it's almost as if you were living it. It can be so difficult to write Spock and yet somehow, you pulled it off without flaw. Everything, from the story, to your writing, to just the little observations that you make (Spock and the family feud thing comes to mind), just serves to prove what an incredible author you are. I love the inner dialogue in this chapter: 'No' "Yeah! Of course,", and the 'this is what it's like to be _'. You have a real gift, and even if you don't continue with this story, I hope you can find time to write outside of it. (of course, I really do hope you update... I'm a bit addicted)

Please have the most fantastic life possible. You deserve it.

Except Spock ate marshmallows at the end of one of the movies. I look at it like this, we're talking 200 years in the future, so I'm assuming they've invented vegetarian marshmallows by then. We need to remember this story takes place way in the future.

First of all I am incredibly sad there isn't more to read. I love your character growth and the length you put to their developments. I like how you make them flow into a natural affection, and I can't wait to see jims reaction when the Vulcan, will probably, close up again. Please write more I love it and want to continue reading.

This story is wonderful and I'm sad to see it hasn't been updated in quite a time. Of course, reading the author's note, I see that there have been some personal problems but I do hope that one day you can bring this back. I am quite curious to see how it ends and I absolutely LOVED the beginning of this chapter, with the little Spock POV. Wishing you the best and I hope to see more from you soon.
