Hello, just wanted to say that I love your writing style. I first started reading this piece in 2013. I periodically check in to see if any of the stories I’ve favorited are updated, and I was wonderfully surprised to see the new chapters. I love your personification of the characters, and while I usually dislike the use of outside or original characters, I really enjoyed your incorporation of them. They have a good amount of back story and their personalities all carry through consistently. You don’t spoil the characters by releasing all of their back stories at once and that makes them all the more interesting. I have really enjoyed your incorporation of references and other media; it creates a depth that makes this world sing. I love FF7 and I love your depiction of its world. I’m sorry I have never left a review before—as I was too shy before and never knew what to say—but I hope you’ll continue to write this story without being discouraged by other readers. Take care. JFC! You have no idea how excited I fet when I see a new chapter. Read this story years ago and didn't realize you had posted again until I checked recently. Please continue the amazing work. I really love your writing style. It's very descriptive without seeming to be bogged down, redundant, unnecessary, or boring.

Phew, you're really pumping these chapters out aren't you? I keep wondering what the triplets would do if they spotted Cloud. Kill him? Or, well, there was mention of a needle in Seph. Maybe the triplets would just make sure they'd get their other 'big brother' back courtesy of an, ahem, 'gift' from Mother. I am very curious... also a little scared that Seph found them, and DEEPGROUND, and everyone else at the same time. Shitshow incoming.

At any rate, I've had a few fandoms killed by a remake before I learned to think of them as AU's.
Don't like the way it ended? It's an AU. The original and often better still exists and becomes your Canon. It's why I can make a dozen different stories using the same base...

I think you're story is great that's why I've followed for so long. I know the Remake was a wild ride, as someone who loved the original over 20 years ago, and the whole twist it has taken is kinda earth shattering. Take it for what it is, an artistic interpretation of the story we love, just like fanfic. There are lots of beautiful moments, and then not so many great ones. I appreciate your writing, keep it up, but do it for you! Thank you!

I think you were channeling your own tired with this one.
Ignore the nay sayers and those who can't read the warnings due to whatever. You got your story out there for Joe Public to read. That's damn brave and don't let anyone ever tell you it isn't. (I haven't managed that yet.)

Also YOU OWE US NOTHING! This is YOUR story. If you need to take hiatus until your head is in a better place DO IT. RL and your mental health comes before reviewer bitching.

Just... don't stop writing yeah? Even if it doesn't end up getting posted and you think it's crap, keep writing. Keep the juices flowing.
Even if it makes you wince when you read back over it later. Writing is a great vent. I have half a dozen different stories going on at the same time if only in rough form and eight different files full of bits, scraps and rough ideas. If they end up growing to a page's worth, they get separated out into a new file but yeah. Write for yourself, as well as us. Take care of yourself.

I haven't read the chapter yet but I'm excited to see that you've posted. I read you author's note. I haven't made it even though the beginning of the FF7 Remake but the way you put it doesn't sound to promising for long time fans. This is one of my favorite fics of this whole fandom and I do hope you continue it but if not I would completely understand. I hope you're doing ok.

Did the emo-cloudiness transmissible ? Cause there a lot of emo-cadets here. Even if I can understand why. I like that in your story. Your characters have complex backgrounds and feelings. That make them so much real.
