I normally don't ship Chakotay and Seven, but this had me giggling like a schoolgirl. :) As usual, awesome story!

The characters are well-characterized, and your ear for the way they speak is obvious. Chakotay's observation of Seven, and the affect it has on his feelings toward her, are believable and rather charming. Come to think of it, Seven's pretty charming and endearing herself.

A good beginning for this pairing, and one I could picture.

Oh, how I enjoyed this. So simple yet so elegantly portrayed. The small details you put into this make it a very lovely read. Thank you for writing, and for keeping Chakotay and Seven in perfect characterization. I loved this!

The only thing I can say, is I don't think Seven would have blushed, even if she did like Chakotay. It was OOC because she doesn't blush at all at anything in the series.
