This is so beautiful, I'm honestly shocked it doesn't get more attention. A Merlin/DiR cross seems so /natural/, all things considered, but even so, you pulled it off majestically.

Just... /oh/ on this fanfic. The feelings you've captured in such a short space, the way the characters talked, the overall feel of the story and what's said and unsaid and it's just wonderful.

This is amazing. I love the Dark is Rising sequence and I love Merlin! In fact, I love all things to do with Arthurian legend because I read the Dark is Rising sequence and fell for Bran. All of the characters are so very in character - subtle, mysterious - and your writing style was reminiscent of Cooper's. I love it!
