Hello, I've just finished reading and wanted to make this comment while it's fresh in my mind:

1: Well done with the intro, the details were nice and the introduction of characters handled nicely. "No victory, No sacrifice." An excellent touch, as I find it rarely makes an appearances in most stories. I found that such a small (but important) detail added immensely to the believability of the parents behaviour.

2: I'm curious, where does the decision to name the All Spark, or rather in this case the "ghost" /spike/? It's turned up in quite a few of the stories presenting Sam as, or part of the All Spark, and often with little explanation of why. While I could understand the name being chosen by a child, it has always seemed (to me) unlikely for the All Spark to have need of any name at all—and if for whatever reason if it should choose one— why is such an unrelated choice so appealing?

3: While not a major issue, I have noticed some slight spelling errors that could be easily corrected.

4: I do enjoy your work, and will most likely comment later on throughout the story. I hope to see further work from you as well
