If the format annoys you, it finally eases off in chapter 12. But at that point I’ve gotten too much of a headache to try and read it despite its obvious potential.

Hm. I like an angst free story for a change, but I’m not feeling that supportive, encouraging Sam as she told him she was with Eric now. That’s so far out of character for Sam that it might as well be an entirely different character. (I’m not a Sam fan at all — can’t stand him from SVM or TB, so I’m very pleased to see her quitting his bar. I never understood her being so attached to it in the books.)

It’s nice — soothing — to read Sookie throwing aside all of her meanness & behaving like a kind, well mannered young woman who treats the one who has always been there for her & who loves her properly. So many times while reading the books I thought she needed a good slap & lecture from her Gran for her insanely rude, selfish, hateful behavior & comments. This is a lovely change even if it might be considered to be OOC for her.

I’m eager for more. (I suppose ‘soothing’ is not the expected response after a sex scene, but this one felt more about love, gratitude, & acceptance than about simple physical passion.)

I’m a little confused that Eric felt her excitement & immediately responded by texting her, but seems never to have responded to her terror during her nightly nightmares. He surely would have felt those too.

I am enjoying your story very much. The only critique is the super long song lyrics you put into text. It takes a lot from the story and I find myself scrolling through it.

Wonderful story and I loved that it was a lack of angst and the focus was on their relationships development.

Wow, well done, that was beautifully written. You can be very snappy with your words but this was the opposite of that and wonderful to read. A great change of pace.

I LOVE this story. Found myself laughing like a lunatic many times, due to easily picturing your scenes. I like that you used Tara from the books because if you had chosen Tara from the show, I’d have staked you myself.

Please continue the story, we need to know what happens to William!
