Beautifully executed-I love how with every exceptional person Jim meets, he has to make up a category for them because they're just. that. damned. special. That's the one thing I've adored about the Enterprise crew since forever, and it's not about to change any time soon-each one of them is so jarring and unique and brilliant on their own, but when you put them together, they become something breathtakingly gorgeous, so much so that they're singularly unique. Wow, what a run-on sentence.

This fic should get an 'awesome' just for referencing Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Self actualization!
