Interesting fic so far. However, I am curious, why do you keep the author's note that is listed as chapter 7 when the fic as been completed for over 2 years?

Nothing - NOTHING - makes me happier than when Jack & Ianto are happy together. And now, knowing that they've got forever to be together, well, I'm over the moon with joy. This has been a remarkable story and I'm so glad I found it! Now I can't wait to see what other splendiforous stories you have up your sleeve! I noticed that once again, when it counts the most, Jack didn't say 'I Love You' to Ianto Jones. Some things never change. Still, I'm glad Ianto's back, and that he's got a heavenly posse behind him to help defeat Cessilus.

The power of the pain and anguish coming from both Jack and the Doctor is simply over-whelming in it's intensity. As I read this chapter, there were times when I felt like the words were physical blows.

On the other hand, it's about time someone told Gwen bloody Cooper about herself! And for not only Jack & Mickey to do it, but for the Doctor to put her in her place - that's fantastic, fantastic, FANTASTIC! Thank you so much. We both know it's not going to have any lasting effect - she's going to end up playing the victim, everyone's against her, blah, blah,blah. But still, it's been nice while it's lasted!

Oh my sweet Jesus! Ianto can't be destroyed like this - he did what had to be done for the good of all others - he acted exactly as Jack & the Doctor have always done - sacrificed their happiness & well-being for others, with no hope of a thank you. Why are you letting the higher ups do this to Ianto? I thought you were in charge here!
