At first, Jazz's reprimanding methods being "not within regulations" in 21 was just funny. Then it gets slightly disturbing in 30 where Prowl implies that punishments handed by the TIC is worse than anything he can give himself. By chapter 5 (particularly item 107) it gets downright terrifying...
It would be hilarious to see Jazz of all mechs handing out punishments though because that doesn't happen all that often.

This are awesome, and I was absolutely thrilled that Jazz took the responsibility over from Prowl when the poor bot went out of commission. There's something incredibly appealing in Jazz who behaves like the TIC. I'm smiling like a fool now.
