I LOVE THIS

Oh my gosh, this was really powerful. It was an AMAZING story, just like all of your other stories, great job!

This is a beautifully written story, it is bitter sweet I suppose and it works perfectly. Well done.

this is such a moving story, the end really made me cry. i like how you managed to keep the storyline, and keep the characters true, while giving it all a bit more dimension and emotion.

not sure if i liked this last chapter...

the last thought on her mind is voldemort? boo! lol. i thought you were going to finish it with thoughts of cissy, and i thought how appropriate and awesome it was to have her think of all the people she truly loved, before she died.

but i guess, realistically, voldemort would be one of those people she did love. "love". and if not, he still factors largely in who she is now, and of course she would think of him before death. still, i don't like it!

childishly, i sill long for the bella lost long ago, the one who loved, and loved well. not the one with a mad mind, cold heart, and insecurities underneath it all. ( very sad. very sad indeed.

That was a brilliant interpretation of Bellatrix's last moments. I'd never been able to understand how she ended up being defeated by Molly Weasley of all people, but that explains it well. You kept Bellatrix in character and somehow managed to make me feel sorry for her at the same time.

I really liked the way you highlighted the differences between Narcissa and Bellatrix in this chapter. It's never occurred to me before that they're rather like Harry and Voldemort in this resepct - one who understands love, the other incapable of ever understanding it.
