Ok so I don't normally review stories that are already complete, cause I'm annoying like that, but this was completely awesome! I can totally see Atlantis having a voice that is crying out for someone to hear her. And that Rodney is the person that she want's to hear her. I totally love it!

As much as I love River and Rodney, and River and Rodney together (good heavens, the sparks that would fly between them!) , I can't help wanting this to be a Rodney/Atlantis fic. It reminds me of the brillant Becket/Chair fics that are out there. Seriously need more stories with Atlantis as a character.

A very mysterious, somewhat surreal and beautiful story. I love the use of River, the various efforts McKay makes to figure it all out and that at the end he finds himself directly communicating with Atlantis it/herself. Seems fitting somehow that he would end up talking to the city. Loved it!

I like how aware-souding Atlantis is, in other stories, it always seems to be less than people.

Had I not read it with my own eyes, I'd not have believed it possible. Obviously because I'm commenting I must have read it. This was simply brilliant! Having been on the wrong end of Rodney's acerbic whit and obscure means of interacting with members of his own spieces it was simply brilliant to have River toying with him the way she did. That you managed to seemlessly merge SGA and Firefly so well was a master stroke!

I really liked this story...I really wish there were more of these out there...ones where Rodney can actually communicate with Atlantis.
