This is adorable and I love it. 3 I adore BAMF!Beka as much as the next person, but I also love it when Beka lets her walls down and allows herself to be vulnerable around Rosto. It's just so cute. :)

I loved it! It was a happy realization, if a bit pathetic, that I read through the lower city talk without even noticing it was out of the ordinary. Rosto WOULD check up on any man Becca got involved with and we all know he would want to shame him in front of her if the man was deceiving her in some way. So in character! I hope to read more great work like this again soon!

I like the originality of the one-shot and the small amount of Rosto/Beka fluff.

i read this a few weeks ago, then reread the books and read this again and it made me realize how good this fic is! the characterization and the dialogue, how she got caught up in his mouth (so very beka), and that little bit at the end where she says she's tired just like she would in the books, great great job can't wait to read more of your stories:)

I like how Rosto got all protective; I think it was sweet and very true to his character! My only little comment (or maybe it's critisism, I'm not sure!) is that it seemed a little out of character for Beka to fall for Jem so fast, you know? I think she would have either been a little more suspicious or Jem would have had to have some super quality that no other man before she'd met. Or maybe he could have reminded her of Dale...?
