Fantastic again. Love the picture you've painted of the two of them. Poor Jacob with his flowers for Bella and everything he says and does reminds her in some way of Edward. But she's warming to him. At least she's not quite the twat that she was in chapter one. I'm looking forward to seeing how you build their relationship in this one.

Another thing you do really well is capture them as teenagers. I read other fics, some of them very good, but a lot of them leave me feeling that Jake and Bella are much older than what they're supposed to be.

Love how this started off. I can so picture the two of them sitting on the couch, surfing the channels, shouting over eachother. Bella's a bit of a meanie in this one, hey? Poor Jake. He's so downtrodden by her. He must be the most (unjustly) abused fictional character around at the moment, getting it not only from Meyer and the Team Edwards (I imagine, cos I only read the Jacob fics) but suffering at the hands of the Team Jacobs too.

Your Jake in this story is so pathetically cute and your Bella is so hopelessly self-involved. Even in a one-shot, you draw such a strong picture of their characters. And each story sees a slightly different side to each of them. Total gift.

Really loving this story, can't wait to see how thier friendship blossums. Update again.

Good story so far..I love the When Harry Met Sally analogy

I'm definitely hoping that this turns into an AU. I like that Jake isn't a complete sap (omg bella why won't u love me back), but yet you can kind of read between the lines (or it's just me, who knows :D Probably just subconsciously trying to pair these two in EVERYTHING) that the longing is there. J/B is so easy to read compared to E/B, it's too cold for me, no thanks.

“What? You’ve never seen When Harry Met Sally?” is probably one of the funniest things I can imagine Jacob Black saying :D

Aw...I love angst, but I am really enjoying the light-heartedness of this story. I love that it was Jacob that was clumsy instead of Bella for once.

This whole story is just adorable. I have to admit you took me by surprise with When Harry Met Sally. For some reason, I couldn't help but think of the "the scene." I was expecting something funny and perhaps some questions about how she would fake it...lol. I think it's because I just read your phonesex fic. My mind just automatically went there! LOL I forgot what it was about! I love that he has her thinking, even if she is not ready to go there quite yet.
