Reviews for No More Lies
CocoGuest chapter 1 . 3/31/2015
"The heart wants what the heart wants". And my heart wants you writing more LTM/Callian fan fiction. You fill out such parts of their story so beautifully that I wish you would complete more. I'm glad to see you're still writing and I can only imagine you're doing as well for other characters. Unfortunately, my addiction just not go beyond Cal and Gillian. And so, I think I must just thank you for what you contributed for LTM.

Oh I loved this!
nattysuits chapter 1 . 7/22/2010
Oh, I'm just loving the way some folks -like you- write Lie to Me fics. It's all always so suggestive and somewhat like a slow deep kiss. Very enjoyable, this. Thank you for writing it.
beingKitKat chapter 1 . 7/17/2010
You handled this beautifully. One of the best "get-together" fics out there! Congratulations!
BringMeGiants chapter 1 . 11/20/2009
Bloody hell. Quit your day job and spend every waking moment writing LTM fics. That would make me very happy...
Summersurf chapter 1 . 11/8/2009
great story!
mrsreynolds chapter 1 . 11/4/2009
Wow! There's some great dialogue in this and some terrific observation. My favourite line:

"You're playing with fire, you are. You tell me not to read you. You tell me there's a line. And then you come in here and kick all the sand around."

Classic.

Cal and Gillian would be so hot if TPTB ever let them get together.

Edwina B. Karch chapter 1 . 11/2/2009

RomanceNovels chapter 1 . 11/2/2009
Wow! HOT!

LOL.

Very good story, seriously. Loved the dilogue, this killed me:

"You tell me there's a line. And then you come in here and kick all the sand around."

Awesome :)
Guest chapter 1 . 11/2/2009
Fantastic story. I felt that the dialogue and characterization were spot-on. Your writing style is very enjoyable to read and I hope you have many more LTM fics planned because I'm dying to read more.
recoilandgrace chapter 1 . 11/1/2009
"He stared at her, the way that made most people nervous, the way she seemed to love. Probably because that wanker she'd been married to never paid her any mind-she'd been invisible, supplanted by white powder. She knew Lightman saw her, really saw her, and liked her anyway.

More than liked."

THIS

Very, very good. :)
morganic chapter 1 . 11/1/2009
"You are a free woman now. Make a choice, Gillian. For the love of God, make a choice and let me know what we are. Because I don't think I can stand watching you discover the single life if I don't know where I stand with you."

Oh my...how I wish he would just say that to her. I am pretty much in love this story. Phenomenal writing, very much in character...here's to hoping the good people at Fox can wake up enough to know that the two of them need to get together...like, now! And exactly like you wrote it :)

I'll leave you with one of my favorite interactions between my favorite couple that I've ever read in a piece of fanfiction...

She recrossed her legs. It took her an unusually long time to do it.

"What are you doing, Foster?"

"Just having a drink." "You're playing with fire, you are. You tell me not to read you. You tell me there's a line. And then you come in here and kick all the sand around."
dirtyrottenliar chapter 1 . 11/1/2009
Oh, I liked this. It's not show-ish, exactly, in its action - but it's very true to character. The dialogue is excellent, and your writing is very enjoyable to read.
lovethemajor chapter 1 . 11/1/2009
WOW! (pops eyes back in head) Whew. Ok, where was I?

Oh yes - great, great dialogue here, and fantastic interpretation of character. Fun, engrossing, intense and revealing. Loved the line, "He and Gillian didn't lie to each other - they only lied to themselves and then trusted the other to support the lie." Also enjoyed Cal's line, "Because I don't think I can stand watching you discover the single life if I don't know where I stand with you." I'm thinking you should expand your repertoire of Lie To Me stories...
