Cute story. It took me a bit to figure out what was going on at first, but once I got it, I really liked the idea.

I also wanted to say that I am happy that I was not the only person that thought that Jack looked a bit like a Ken doll when he was in his hearts outfit!

This one confused me a bit at first, I'll admit, but I liked it by the end. It's very different from what I was expecting and I like how you've made all the Alice/Hatters just a little different, but still very much the same.
