I thought that the pack had a collective mind. If Jacob is in wolf form, wouldn't he have to confirm to Sam's commands or at least the pack would know how and where he is. He killed Charlie, accident or not. He needs to be punished. Glad the pack is willing to work with Cullens

It's really annoying that sometimes sentences aren't complete. Well, not sometimes. Multiple times per chapter. It sound really stupid to write like that because it makes sound like you in pre school. See. It's wrong and annoying. Bye.
