I haven't read the whole story yet. I had to stop because of my rage. Kermit the frog is not a character from Sesame Street, he's a Muppet. While they both have puppets, they are very different. I am disappointed that you don't already know that.

Although a marriage proposal seems hasty it might be worth it after reading this fic because oh my damn. ;) There aren't words for how awesome so much fandom-love coupled with fabulous bits of Hardison-ness happens to be. I loved every single word, even 'was' and 'the' and 'in'. Seriously.

This is perfect! I was laughing hysterically all the way through. It's so cute and geeky, and I can totally sympathize with Hardison's network disappointments. Being a "Doctor Who" fan myself, those where my favorite bits, but it was all wonderful! : )

Why must I always read your awesome, awesome stories when it's late enough I cannot whoop with glee properly? It's 2 in the morning and I must laugh QUIETLY or my roommate will kill me. YOU ARE MAKING MY NOT-SO-INNER GEEKY ALTER EGO SPASM WITH JOY. Honestly. And Hardison would SO DO THAT. All of it. And I would probably help him. Can we do the whole flowers and champagne thing? And add some for George Takei because anyone who will take the trouble to tell a young actor "dude, go for it" when he's worried about being Korean instead of Japanese, deserves much chocolate. Also swords. Yeah, I need to sleep now.

It's actually a little sad how logical all of Hardison's thought processes seemed during this to me. I mean, I was visiting England not long after Season Three of Torchwood came out, and they have no idea how close they came to being burnt down for Ianto. I'm just saying.

Anyway, this was brilliant and very in character. I loved the tone you brought to this about the different shows, it felt like you loved them just as much as Hardison does.

I think of Chuck as being Jake 2.0 with the tone/feel/silliness of Middleman. And Jayne/Alec Baldwin is obviously a major reason to watch it. (Just like Nathan Fillian is the reason to watch Castle. And Summer Glau will be the reason I watch all the the Terminator series. When I get around to it.)

Ah, the geekiness. I cannot say that I would not love to do some vengence like this. Darn you networks! So many awsome shows, cut down in thier prime. They allow some great shows but what about Firefly, Dark Angel, Farscape, Carnival and so many others? There was so much left unsaid. But enough of my geekish grumbling. Good story, I loved it.
