i have the impression he manage to convince the mage too easy... i don't know what fai was thinking in that moment, i will know it once i will read sapphire, but it seemed Fai was simply too glad to go with him... kuro maybe was expecting some resistence (and me too)... i think shappire will give me answers, (what now i think is that Fai was regretting not tell kuro how he feels and he was sad for not to had occasion to be really happy... the person with who he was talking was certainly real Fai, and i wonder way yuui's form was of a kid...

anyway, great chapter, and the whole phoenix thing is really cool and very creative, so kudos on that. and them being in denial needs to stop, i feel like squishing them and then punching them. but great characterization! now, go write!

It's so sad yet so cute. The way you make Kurogane and Fai act is very realistic. I am reading both Crimson and Sapphire and they are both amazing. I can't wait until the next chapter!

take the time you need for the next chapter, so it will be the best you can produce. So, this is was a battle-chapter, so there isn't much to say... unless Fai's behaviour seems turned better in the last part, when kuro got hit by magic. kuro was on the battlefield so he hadn't much time to think to the quarrel with the mage, we know he is a man of action . i'm going to read saphire now, i have a feeling that will be more controversal...

this is so so so greath... Kuro is becoming more frustrated every time speaks with the mage. I haven't read sapphire yet but just from Fai's reaction it was clear he was suffering for what he was telling to Kuro... Always self sacrificating, dear Fai, and when Kurogane got the sensation Fai was begging him to not care for him through his eyes, was so a touching scene... i'm going to read saphire now.
