Will you ever consider writing for this story again? I loved it so much, it's quite dark and sometimes it truly is torture to read this, with how cruel Kaname actually is. But somehow there is this masochistic side of me that keeps coming back for me. Maybe a bit like Zero haha. This story is truly one of a kind and I'm a fan of your work~ please just reconsider updating this story, thank you

This is an amazing fanfiction, though it is highly disappointing that it is not finished. I do hope you find it in you to pick this up again as I would love to read it to the end.

This story is awesome! I can literally feel emotions of the characters and it's drives me crazy with each chapter. I like how Kaname seems to start craving "something else" from Zero even though he doesn't know what it is. I was wondering if this is discountied since the last update was...seven years ago..? Damn, that's a long time ago. However, if you get sudden inspiration and decide come back to this story I would sincerely wish for you to make Kaname into an obsessed-with-Zero-Kiryu person. Not immediately, of course but since you're the author you'll probably know how to go about it. I'm not sure if the things Kaname may eventually feel towards Zero can ever be described as 'love' since the dark theme of the story doesn't fit with sweet and fluffy feelings. I honestly feel like this story will be a tragedy with Zero as the victim. I can't wait for that to happen! (If it does happen). Anyway, I'll still be waiting for an update for as long as possible. Is it right for me to assume that Kaname unknowingly likes Zero for only his blood satisfies him (like how only the blood of their loved ones can)? He can also be himself to Zero without worries too.
But tsk tsk if Kaname does like Zero... he has got a lot of apologies and making up for his attitude to do.

This story used to be a real diamond at that time when it was hard a good vampire knight this high standard. Look at the number of review and you see how. Sad to see how it's abandoned like this. Pure shame

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE! You mentioned two years ago you had written 1/3 of the next chapter. Please let us know when you will be able to post new chapters. What I love about this story is how Kaname merely wanted to torture Zero but is getting more than he bargained for, despite still being in control. He still has to deal with Zero's defiance, which he is so ambivalent about. He's fascinated by the emotions he reads when he drinks Zero's blood. It seems he has started to crave Zero's blood. He craves his touch, his bite; as he said, Zero is addictive. Zero's on his Kaname's mind all the time now. He supposedly loves Yuki, but I think he really just likes her affection that gives him the feeling he's not all bad. He may even be developing feelings for his prey and have some positive feelings towards him. We see this when he doesn't mind Zero is smiling; he's ok with him having that moment of joy. And it sounds like with the line "anticipation, excitement, and...something else he dare not say." That implies he's starting to enjoy and look forward to their sessions, though unwillingly. Or at least his "vampire" side is and therefore him when the feelings seep over to his cognitive self. He's having trouble differentiating bodily response/arousal from desire. Kaname is trying to convince him that because his body is responding to his ministrations, Zero actually wants their sexual encounters. Zero feels sick because his body reacts despite him not having any interest in being with Kaname. While it may feel good and make him aroused, evidenced by how he responds, that isn't a cut-dry indication he wants it. There's a difference between arousal and desire; while they're connected, they aren't always an indication of each other. The body is made to respond to stimuli, so the body can respond when you're not feeling up for sex. Yes, it's typical to assume that if it doesn't arouse you or you don't want it, you wouldn't respond physically, like the horrible trope you see of an "ugly" girl keeping a guy from getting aroused. While that can happen, bodily response despite lack of want happens as well. But I do enjoy seeing KANAME'S torment that he's brought on himself as he starts to want Zero. His plans turning on him and making his just as bound as Zero by his own cravings and desires? Priceless.

OMG, I have read through all 6 chapters so far, and I am thoroughly impressed! I absolutely love this story and cannot wait to read more of this story! And though, in the beginning I thought Kaname was being ridiculously incorrigible, I understood why it was needed for the plot and because of his nature, I could actually see it happening that way. In the last two chapters, he has begun to act better towards Zero and vice versa and I love the build-up to their relationship. For relationships like these, I like a slow build-up instead of them instantly falling in love with each other, so the length to the build-up here is a pace I find believable, especially given that initially they both hate each other. I also love how long your chapters are. It makes me seriously happy inside. This is a beautiful story and I really like how it's being written. I cannot wait for the next chapter! You are an awesome author! _
