I thought the story was really intersting. Fun how screwed up Max is. I would love to have heard a little POV from Alec. The way she was acting would give anybody whiplash. Thanks for a good read.

Absolutely amazing! I loved it! It had a little bit of everything I was hoping to see. A little anger, a little denial, confrontations, and a happy ending! I was especially pleased with OC's scenes. She's probably my next favorite character, after Max and Alec. I think you captured all their personalities really well in this story and I'll most definitely be coming back to it again in the future, when I feel like I need a good read. Excellent work!

Brilliant! I love "indenial" Max!

Amazing. Hot, sensitive, but above all real. You made them real people with real feelings and real insecurities. You didn't turn it into something wildly angsty, even though the angst was there. And you didn't turn it into something incredibly raunchy- though elements of that were there too. You made them multidimensional- great work.

Btw, one of my favorite fantabulous phrases in this- "he tomcats all up and down Seattle—" OC ignored Max's yowl of protest"- I loved the comparison of him being a tomcat and her yowling in response. Although his response to her questioning whether she'd just be a notch was rather firstrate too.

yes! thank you! you have restored my faith in stories! that was an amazing portrayal of max. i don't want to hate her! it's a miracle! seriously, though, i give you major props for writing this piece. i loved it :)
