Your stories, your writing, your character development... I have no words. I think it's safe to say you're on of my favourite fanfic authors. You make me cry, you make me laugh, you make me angry. This story is no different. I loved the talk between Ginny and Harry. I only recently started shipping them (I know, how awful). I do admit I found the ending a bit rushed, though I can't exactly tell you why. But that doesn't matter. I just had to add this little gem to my favourites. Thank you!

Hmm. I have to admit, I had trouble with this one. I've seen loads of stories that have Ginny angry when they finally reunite, so I know a lot of people feel that way... but to me... it seems so petty. She lost a brother than night, and she lost Harry, too, but she got him back. It seems to me, she'd know what a second chance was worth.

I know Hogwarts was dreadful all year, but so was everywhere else. There was no where safe - not the Ministry, not St. Mungo's, not Hogwarts, and not on the run as so many were. They all suffered hardships, so I struggle a bit with the idea that Hogwarts was the worse. I think the poor Muggleborns stuck in Azkaban would probably disagree.

Anyway - I'm not being at all critical of your story! You write brilliantly and make me think, so this is more a stream of consciousness. You wrote a story earlier that had Ginny understanding why Harry left, and that just seemed to fit more to me. But again, I know a lot don't feel this way.

Anyway, I read this one twice trying to see if I changed my mind. While I disagreed with Ginny, it's not going to stop me from moving on to the next story!

Wow. You pointed out something very crucial that I never thought of before. I suppose that after we are told that the diary was a Horcrux, us readers tend to overlook that an ELEVEN year-old girl fought one for a whole YEAR. And I love how you showcased Ginny's flaws and doubts and monsters, which are often glossed over in Harry/Ginny fics, or even fics that portray Ginny in a negative light. I loved how her internal struggle was about being strong, because that is a struggle that affects practically the entire human race, and about being seen as an equal. Thank you so much for this.

Absolutely superb work. I like this a lot better than the stories where Ginny immediately forgives Harry. Yes, Harry's heart was in the right place, but I also think that Ginny had a right to feel what she felt. It's not fun, being left behind! You have such a talent for writing, you should write a novel. You have all the emotions just right!
