Wow, nice work. Fics with both Spocks are always so much fun, and though yours handles such a solemn topic, you also managed to give it a touch of humour. I quite enjoyed the way you showed Kirk and Spock's relationship developing in this, as compared to the relationship between the two in the original series.

I'm sorry, but no matter how touching and wonderful this story was, my mind is still stuck on the image of TWO bone's snarling in the enterprise with hyponeedles and curses...No, I think it's a good thing that spock is the one who came through, the universe can't handle TWO bones.

OHHH I loved this story! Very well done. Though on a side note you mixed up who said what. It was JIM that said to SPOCK that he made him believe in miricules. They'd just returned from a mission and I believe Bones was saying something about Luck and Spock agreed, Jim asked "I thought you didn't believe in luck Spock."

Spock responded "Sometimes you make me believe in Luck Captain."

Jim: "Well Commander sometimes you make me believe in miricules."

Massive eyebrow lift from Spock.

Or something very close to that. I LOVED it! I also loved the ep where Jim was complaining of a back ache and some random person starts rubbing it and he atomaticly assumes it's Spock, wonder why he'd assume that! Hehe. Any way GREAT story I loved it!
