I don't know why, but from the 4-5 it became boring to me. I skipped other pairings, but even my fav SasuNaru didn't seem interesting. In those 8 chapters I wouldn't call, what is happening between them, a romance (it's more about horny teenagers, hormones and lust at best), since nothing indicates any emotional involvement here.
And yes, you neglected that part about dating. No, I wouldn't expect 1000 chapters with all meetings, but more than one is not much to ask for. For now I would say the title and the summary doesn't fit much. Something about dares would be better, because it's a dominant theme since the very beginning.
This whole predicting-thing by Akatsuki got annoiyng after second time. But there were funny moments. Props for descriptions for Kaka man and Pinky Girl. I really wanted to see, how Kiba will save someone with his powers in a real life.
