xXFrostKittenXx chapter 26 . 10/14/2019
You should take down your PETA note on this chapter. PETA puts down almost every animal they “rescue.” If you send them money it goes into fear-mongering, lie-based crap. If you want to help animals, you’re better off petitioning for legislation to be changed directly, because PETA won’t. You can also buy pet supplies and take them to no-kill shelters, because they always need them.
Pacman chapter 15 . 12/20/2015
Poor Sam, Elle kicked his ass.

I wish the wolf pack had a more important role in the fic.
Junior VB chapter 40 . 7/20/2014
Ahora Elle es un vampiro. Y estoy seguro que Sylar quiere tomar venganza.

Buen fic. Leere la secuela más adelante.

Now Elle is a vampire. And I'm sure Sylar wants revenge.

Good fic. I'll read the sequel later.

Marcus S. Lazarus chapter 40 . 1/4/2014
Not too shabby (And coming from a guy who was so-so about Elle in canon, that’s saying a lot, I assure you).
The circumstances that led to Elle being sent after Edward and the Cullens were simple but effective, particularly regarding your idea about how she manages to get around Edward’s ability to avoid revealing the truth about her presence there to him, and their subsequent friendship develops in a very believable manner; without Bella’s overwhelming scent and her more assertive nature, Elle’s able to get under Edward’s defences far more quickly than Bella ever was.
Their relationship develops in a gradual but interesting manner, Edward intrigued by Elle’s manner even if Elle initially sees him only as an assignment despite her growing warped ‘interest’ in him (She was thinking about owning him when he was in a cell; says it all, really), the two growing more aware of each other despite their best intentions.
The pack also come across well, ever-eager for an excuse to step in and ‘meddle’ with the Cullens even when they don’t actually need to do anything- seriously, how can they consider themselves protectors when they’re all just waiting for an excuse to kill?-, and the confrontation with Elle, Sam and the Haitian was excellent as a means of sticking Sam in a position where he’s virtually powerless and knows it (Strictly speaking he’s powerless against the Cullens in their ‘talks’, as they generally outnumber him and whoever he brought with him, but he just won’t acknowledge that as he persists in treating them as the enemy).
Elle’s reaction to Edward’s vampire nature was also effective, her experience with evolved humans leaving her relatively relaxed about what Edward can do even if she’s thrown at the news that he’s in love with her, responding to that revelation with a plausibly amused manner.
Subsequent events after James’s attack were also handled well, the Company’s manipulations and Elle’s own uncertain mental state combining with Edward’s own issues to put them both in an initially awkward position before they each learn the truth, and your revised ideas about Alice’s personal history in this world were superbly introduced. Edward’s new, lesser interest in Bella was generally handled well- I was slightly expecting something to be mentioned about the idea of Bella as Edward’s ‘singer’, but I wasn’t broken up at the lack of such a reference- particularly when you balanced it out with him encouraging Elle to help her out so that Elle can grow as well as Bella (Even if that wasn’t a direct plan on his part).
With that said, the conclusion definitely worked; a dramatic canon moment that turned out even worse than it did originally- and it wasn’t that encouraging to start with- leading into a rather interesting vampire debut for Elle that manages to reflect the contrast between her and Bella as vampires while also being completely in keeping with her character (To say nothing of giving an obvious-yet-never-considered meaning to the term ‘bloodplay’ where vampires are concerned).
‘Lost in Camelot’ remains my favourite of your current projects, but I am DEFINITELY going to keep an eye on that sequel to see how Elle and Edward’s relationship develops from this point, particularly with Sylar keen on eliminating them both…
Clary Adele Fairchild chapter 40 . 12/7/2013
Don't forget Claire. You need to include Claire in it because Claire is awesome. I have a crazy idea. Maybe the Cullens could come spend some time in Virginia and one of them could just happen to be in the right place at the right time and save Claire's roommate.

I'm a little confused why they went to Québec of all places when they originally live in Washington State but whatever. It's a good chapter.
