I read this second chapter a few days ago when it came out-while I was in bed trying to fall asleep. Needless to say, I laughed myself into complete wakefulness and went to school that morning feeling much like a drunk slug.

Damn this was so funny! XD

Oh, this just gets better and better. The first chapter was a great start, and this one is simply fabulous! I mean, "eye lasers", "our pointy things are being sharpened", "cursed with the inability to get metaphors", even the self-referential "burnt until extra crispy"! I swear you had me in stitches from start to finish.

Janaff and Ulki make a wonderful comedy duo. Reyson is appropriately vengeful. Ike's mind keeps wandering back to Soren while he's supposed to be convincing Tibarn to help him. And, as fantasies go, the idea of Soren in a frilly apron and nothing else telling Ike what to do, forcefully, has some interestingly contradictory elements. I do love that seeing Ike and Tibarn wresting shirtless convinces Reyson Ike should live. And of course comparisons between Soren and Reyson just keep coming up. And, as soon as he's out of the tower, Soren has a plan to "topple several governments". Absolutely loved it. Sad that it's finished.

Very good story, I like the new point of view on the whol story. Everyone is pretty IC, and the plot is good too. Another great story XD
