I have just finished reading your story, and I must say I am impressed, interested, intriguied, and several other "I" word's my sweat covered forhead will not allow me to think up of (who knew lifting mountains with your bare hands could be so exhausting?).

Infact, though what you've written isnt as long as what the original sources material was, I damn well believe that your writing style and your attention to keeping the alien characters "alien" makes yours the superior version, more so when it is completed.

I like the marines expressions that you wrote in. Sort of the way I'm expressing, reading this story. As for the female voice from the spartan, I'll just wait to see what the next chapter holds and tells.

Awesome story, the fact a female voice is coming from the Spartan means it could be Spartan Kelly-087, Linda-058, or Cortana projecting her voice from John-117's helmet, also Naju 'Manoree now should have the last name of 'Manor since the ee suffix represents a the fact that the Sangheili with it attached to thier surname is in covenant military service, those not in service remove it, since keyes and johnson are in the same place i can assume that it is pre Halo:Reach era and thus pre Halo:Combat Evolved era, keep up the work and this has been added to my story alert and favs.

nice rescue, really tied together and I liked the Councilor, though I suppose under normal circumstances he wouldn't have let her go, great chap.
