Love it! Terrific banter, and funny! I can totally see Peter and Neal sitting there, discussing cannibalism, and then suddenly solving the case, just like that. And it's all the better since you put it in Hughes' perspective - an outsider's POV on a relationship like Neal and Peter's is always fun xD

Ahahaha, I love it! I love how Neal got Peter to confess to hypothetical cannibalism... xD I was a little worried when I saw cannibalism in the summary, but I am very glad that I read it! I got a good laugh out of it :)

Have you hit Swift's "Modest Proposal" in school yet? If you know the background to it it's a masterpiece of satire, and, yes, it involves cannibalism.

I too "wasted" time reading Lord of the Flies. In fact, I wasted time reading it four or five times. It's good, huh? I have to get Flatland. I've often head it's good but haven't read it yet. Ty for the heads up.

LOL! Ive read this at least 3 times since I found it and it gets better everytime! Apsolutly hilarious, perfect, and as far as Im concerned, in character! I could literally see this exact scenario happen on the show! I dont believe Peter has actually ever called Neal his friend to his face before, but I wish he would (I just sent Jeff Eastin that plot bunny mentally).

Anywayyyy, as I was saying this fic is awesome, and you as well for writing it. Neal/Peter banter is like one of my top 5 fav things in the world and I loved their conversation. My favorite line was when Peter tried to ignore the fact that Neal made him commit hypothetical canibilism :D priceless! I also like at the end when:

"Do you think they heard..."

"Without a doubt".

Mistakes: "The understand each other" should be "they". The phrase "eat the guy in the wheelchair's legs." does not sound like it's written right like maybe it should be "eat the guy's legs in the wheelchair". It makes sense afther I looked again but at first glance it sounds like he's eating the mechanical legs of the wheelchair.
