Loved the one-shot!
I absolutely love Undertaker, he's my third favorite Kuroshitsuji character and I love it was him that collected Itachi's soul! I also love that Itachi is going to be assigned as Will's assistant, I hope you wrote a one-shot where Sebastian and Ciel meet Itachi! :D

And I also like your little theory about the reapers, I guess the same could be said for demons too? That'll be awesome! :D

I had also thought about that. They all do the same thing just differently. Loved the story, plus i also cackled when Itachi said that with a straight face. XD

ABSOLUTELY amazing nothing more to be said. A good crackfic in the kuroshitsuji fandom can be hard to find and this one was amazing. I loveeee the undertaker

Pfft. Awesome. I love the Undertaker, so seeing his craziness combined with Itachi, who had a most excellent 'crazy face', is rather funny. That and I like the combination of several soul-reaping entities from several different anime/manga makes this so much more fun. (I'm also slightly thankful you kept Bleach out of this.)
