Hi, now that is more like it than just being worried that Gibbs called Ziva Kate. I was always wondering how the others found out about Tony being offered Rota. Chapter 1 gives a good explanation. Nicely written!
As to chapter 2, it's nice to see the team coming together once more. So funny to see Tony stringing Ziva and McGee along and then having them discover Gibbs and not his girlfriend.

It SHOWS HE really does care in his own Gibbs way.

Good thing Gibbs came to see Tony. Even better that Ziva and McGee finally realized how good of a Team Leader Tony is/was. And that they told him and apologized.

Loved it. I'm glad that they knew about Tony's job offer in Rota. Hated how Gibbs came back and just dumped everything on Tony's desk. You could really see that it bothered him at the end. Didn't really like how Ziva and McGee treated Tony when Gibbs came back.

Great second chapter to this. I always hated the way the Ziva and maybe more McGee treated him in this episode and throughout the whole season. I liked Jenny pushing them to and see Tony. I liked how she praised him. And all four getting pizza together like a family. Wonderful and fantastic!
