So he lost his arm, it certainly was possible if Senzu beans or Dragon balls didn’t exist so it’s inconsistent why he stayed one armed. Perhaps to remember of his foolishness when he should have listened to his father and killed Cell? Anyway aside from that it was good.

So where is the last chapter?
A lot of great ideas. I'm still waiting for the full conclusion of who is a member of the "gang". Honestly I didn't thought 18 would be part of it, same with Vegeta or Piccolo though there aren't many options out there unless you involve the kids which I don't think are involved. Also if the ranking goes by power, than I guess Vegeta got stronger and the third can only be Piccolo (would a tattoactually stick on a body that can heal itself) and I think the seventh would be Chiaotzu.
Also I'm kind of wondering about Gohans change of bebaviour. You had a brief explanation beor Videl left for training that still leaves out the answer why he was all the sudden nice to everyone whe she left, unless he was just trying to push her back specifaccly. And why is he living alone in the house? I first thought the story was placed later than highschool (that way it would have been fun to see more interactions between Videl and Gohan as neighbours and get to know each other that way) since it's not and Gohan is diffrent from canon a little more information about his backround in some way would be nice.
I'm kind of surprised Videl had such a diffcult time with Hercule since she had trained prior to the 2 month while Hercule didn't and I'm not sure she would take it lightly to just get the match handed to her that way, although she's already a bit different because of her training.
I'm guessing Gohan wished his arm back .

A story that can make me wonder so much is a great story. Would like to see it finished and have some answers.
