Awe! So sweet! I loved it! (and wonder which dances they were talking about?)

How is it possible that I am still finding stories of yours that I hadn't read before? This one really caught me in its spell. I read it twice last night, staying up much, much later than I had planned, then again this morning. Then I absolutely HAD to find a video so I could see the dance. (What dance/song did you have in mind when you wrote this? I was thinking salsa.) After I found one that made me think of Lee and Kagome, I watched the next one which was Cornel and Rithika dancing bachata to Elastic Heart. I have been watching that video and re-reading the story all day today. (It seems like a follow-up dance to their first one to me and I can just hear the dialogue from the rookies as I watch it. _) I feel like you outdid yourself in your portrayals of the various characters. Love the idea that Lee thought Natuto might dance with him just to make the others wonder. The girls thought they were protecting Lee, but they ended up hurting him more by making him realize what they really thought about him. Bravo for Kagome showing them up and telling them off with class. You managed to make the "meeting while dancing at a club" story fresh and new, and Lee's talent and skill was completely believable. This whole story was magical. Thank you!

Oh i love this story! people always forget Lee but this short-story was amazing :)

Not A pairing i am used to, but it was cute and finally someone gives RockLee some love and attention he deserves. Cause like you stated he is Chakra-inept, but still just as powerful, strong and graceful than any of the other rookies.

This is a really good story, the way you worded it allowed me to actually visualize it, and feel the beat and rhythms you described as well as the way they might of actually moved while dancing.

I know you made this years ago, but can we have a short sequel or epilogue? I'd love to see what their life was like afterwards. You did an excellent job writing this!
