| Mark C chapter 6 . 2/20/2011 I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It was amusing to see Kate get roped into going speed dating and by Lanie no less, lol. The fact that Rick overheard the ladies talking about it made the whole thing that much more enjoyable. I was glad to see that Castle finally made it over to her to get her out. Her reaction to seeing Rick at her table was priceless. The last chapter was great. I loved seeing how both Rick and Kate felt the morning after their 'unofficial' date. It will be interesting to see what happens on their 'official' date. |

| brodie-wan chapter 4 . 8/10/2010 Sorry about the anonymous. I'm having trouble logging in. However, I wanted to let you know how fun this story. The dialogue is bright, the characterizations are spot on, and see Kate in this particular form of discomfort is priceless. Things I liked: Kate's brooding before finally agreeing to going with Lanie. Castle spinning on his heels at his mother's comment. Kate's observations of her 'dates'. Castle's appearance which only served to mortify and irritate Kate further. Good stuff, tappincastlefan! I look forward to finishing up. And reading more of your stories. :-) |
