Eric and Sookie always need to slow down, stop assuming, and simply talk to each other. You took a very momentous point in their lives and did all of those things. And look how it turned out! I guess CH had to drag it out to write more books, but I hated that he forgot about her and she was so mean by not telling him about their time together. He suffered as much as she did by the loss.
